Your Role As (Junior) Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d) - Tech you are responsible for the end-to-end recruiting process from job posting to offer. As our culture gatekeeper, you have a very good sense of who is the right fit for Forto, ensure an excellent candidate experience and together with Aline and the Talent Acquisition team take our hiring process to the next level.

You will

  • Be responsible for the end-to-end recruiting process; this includes prioritizing the hiring plan, job posting, screening applications, conducting and coordinating screening calls and interviews, as well as actively approaching (passive) candidates through active sourcing
  • Maintain a trusting and cooperative relationship with your hiring managers in order to define your recruiting strategy and to identify and solve roadblocks as quickly as possible.
  • Keep an eye on recruitment trends, evaluate them and identify the most effective and efficient channels for your positions.
  • Contribute your experience and knowledge at any time to optimize our internal processes and standards
  • Drive own projects in the area of Recruiting Strategy

What you bring

  • 1-2 years of experience in the field of (inhouse) Tech Recruitment
  • You see HR and Recruiting as a strategic partner for the business; your entrepreneurial and holistic thinking enables you to identify the right recruitment priorities
  • Your extraordinary "can-do-attitude" and high motivation to find the top talents sets you apart from the rest
  • Data based decision making is one of the basics of your daily work and you draw the right conclusions for your recruiting processes and strategies
  • Due to your empathic personality, you are not only passionate about providing the best possible candidate experience, but also about working with internal stakeholders
  • Business fluent in English, German is a plus
