Your Role Forto is successfully pursuing the ambitious goal of digitizing a massive industry. You will manage and expand our marketing tool stack while streamlining processes with the most relevant internal stakeholders of the marketing team to create successful campaigns which will boost our performance in lead generation, market education and brand building.

You will

  • Orchestrate the whole marketing tool stack to ensure the provision of reliable campaign performance data
  • Lead and execute the implementation of a new marketing automation tool and the migration of all existing workstreams
  • Act as the primary owner of our marketing automation tool by implementing and optimizing email & automation journeys
  • Develop and maintain our CRM database segmentation for highly personalized marketing campaigns and nurture flows
  • Enhance our Salesforce campaign logic, track and analyze campaign results to advise follow-up improvements
  • Be responsible for the development of our account scoring model and its implementation in marketing processes

What you bring

  • As a tech-savvy talent, you are curious about building marketing technologies and processes, while constantly striving for optimization
  • You bring 5+ years of experience in fast-paced work environment, preferably in the area of B2B/SaaS
  • You gained profound knowledge and hands-on experience in marketing automation platforms and CRM (Salesforce), as well as integrating those systems with other state of the art marketing technologies
  • You have demonstrated experience with components of a modern marketing tech stack like Salesforce, Pardot, Hubspot, Google Analytics, Gsheets (optional: Zapier, webinar tools like BigMarker)
  • Your proven ability to make data-driven decisions has often been useful to you for building audience segments
  • Furthermore, you are an action-oriented team player who loves to interact with stakeholders from different teams to streamline processes and make them more efficient
