Your Role Als Head of Sales Poland you are responsible for all aspects of building sales in Poland. You lead the go to market and are responsible for build up and expansion of the Team- and the organizational structure to enable rapid growth.

You will

  • Build and expand sales activity with old and new customers in Poland
  • Attract the best sales talent to build the most efficient and scalable sales organization in the market, ideally you have a team of people ready to rock and roll
  • Lead and steer the organization after the latest KPI: new revenue growth, customer retention and active account growth, conversation rates along the funnel, revenues/gps per account executive, conversation time and the predictability of the revenue pipeline
  • As a core member of the sales leadership you share experiences and help define and execute strategic growth initiatives
  • Act as a core point of contact to other stakeholders in the company (e.g. growth, operations, product management, tech) to align sales targets

What you bring

  • A finished BSC/MSC in logistics/business studies or a finished apprenticeship in the logistics area
  • Several years of experience in sales in the logistics Industry with a focus on Sea, air and rail freight and ideally with experience in building a sales team
  • The will and want to further Forto’s footprint in Poland
  • An exceptional talent for sales and the proven skill to build a network with customers on many levels of the customers hierarchical structures as well as in multiple industries as well as the proven ability to lead a team
  • Reliability, self reliance, a high degree of motivation and the skill and will to work in a highly dynamic and challenging environment
  • Fluent english and polish skills
