(Senior) Product Marketing Manager (f/m/d)

A one-stop-shop and single face to the customer that would cover the entire process chain from quotation, booking, document management, track and trace all the way to proactive exception handling and supply chain data analytics. A growing team of over 450 technology and logistics experts at ten locations, together with financing totaling over USD 100 million, forms the basis for further growth.

Your Role In this (remote) role, you will be responsible for the preparation and execution of our product and feature launches and further communication around our innovative product portfolio in our national and international markets. In close collaboration with the product, marketing and sales team, you will bring our product marketing setup to the next level.

You will

  • Build the foundation for Forto’s product marketing functions and processes
  • Develop next-level go-to-market strategies as the foundation for our innovative product portfolio that is striving for nothing less than revolutionizing global trade
  • Identify the buyer personas, decision-makers and target audience for the product/feature by working closely with the marketing, sales and product teams
  • Break down the exciting insights to a to-the-point positioning with key messages that meet the needs of the product’s target audience
  • Successfully create and carry out product marketing campaigns while closely monitoring the success of your initiatives
  • Enable the sales team to ensure the optimal usage of the key messaging at all relevant touchpoints
  • Analyze the competitive landscape and our own product performance to derive actions that lead to success
  • Create feedback loops and share customer feedback and market insights to support pushing our product roadmap in the right direction

What you bring

  • You are a tech-savvy talent and creative mind with a strong passion for serving and deeply understanding customers
  • You bring 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing in a dynamic environment in the field of B2B with prior experience in cloud platforms / ERP / workflow management / SaaS preferred
  • As an action-oriented team player, you have excellent communicative skills to manage a complex set of stakeholders
  • Even your friends rave about your good sense of prioritization and organization
  • You want to be involved in both shaping the strategies but also getting into the detail of implementation to create product marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and satisfaction
  • Finding the right words to translate complex tech content into effective customer-centric product marketing assets (like value propositions, positionings, messaging as well as naming, taglines and marketing content) comes easily to you
  • Fluent in German and English
